Shipping rates are based on the value of your order:

I have not received any tracking for my order what should I do?

Generally, you will receive tracking information within 1-3 days of placing your order. It will be sent to the email you used with your order. If you haven't received your tracking number, please check your 'JUNK MAIL' or email us at contact@elevendistribution.com. 

Lost in Transit (LIT)

In the event of a Lost in Transit case, Eleven Distribution will only provide a replacement or refund (if an item is not in stock) when the courier explicitly states and confirms that the package cannot be found in their network, and that the package is deemed LIT.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE
International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties value added taxes (VAT), etc. All shipping costs do NOT cover these fees in your country.

Please check in your country as to what will be charged to you. This also includes any complimentary promotional material and parts that we may send to support an event.

Eleven Distribution cannot provide information about these fees. Please contact your customs officer for detailed information.
